Created by Podiatrist & Human Movement Specialist Dr Emily Splichal, BARE® is the only workout around that combines the benefits of barefoot, balance, bodyweight and body tension training for one intense, core strengthening workout!

Taking inspiration from vertical core training, gymnastics, Pilates & Yoga - BARE® is a full body conditioning class where you can expect to tone and strengthen muscles, improve balance, burn calories and zone in on Abs & Glutes to set your core on fire! Improve foot strength and ankle stability for better balance and improve your posture… all in one class! This is a unique workout with a philosophy and movement style unlike any other group class around.

These 1-2-1 sessions are tailored to your ability level, whether you are already super fit and wanting to explore a new challenge, or perhaps if you struggle with mobility/balance BARE® can be tailored into a lower intensity, rehabilitative style class.
