GROUP PILATES CLASSES

Want to try out Pilates for yourself?

Our friendly group classes run every week in South Derbyshire, offering you a cost efficient and fun way to explore and develop your own Pilates practice. Classes run in Rolleston on Dove and Hilton each week and are mixed ability, with challenges, modifications and variations offered throughout; ensuring you can take things at your own pace, challenge and build strength where needed and keep your practice fresh and exciting!

Our classes offer an invigorating practice with a dash of humour sprinkled throughout to give you a giggle and work those abs even more!

This is not a class where you'll be meditating or falling asleep... this is a class that will challenge and change your body, decrease pain symtoms, improve posture and leave you invigorated for the weekend!
